Every Northstar FBB sheet is a multi-ply construction: triple-coated LBKP + NBKP on top, a high-bulk BCTMP core in the middle, LBKP + NBKP on the bottom, and a single coating on the reverse.
The three front coating passes build a smooth, uniform print surface. The core provides stiffness-at-weight. The back coat keeps the reverse clean and printable.
